DELIVERY COSTS

 Delivery costs are 15 Euros for orders below 200 Euros. Delivery is free for all orders over 200 Euros.

BREXIT

From 1 January 2021, a customs duty calculated on the basis of the order is added to all goods produced and shipped from the United Kingdom.

The costs of the customs duty are calculated at the customs and are communicated to us at the time of delivery in our warehouses. The customer service undertakes to communicate the cost to the customer and to manage the payment after shipment of the goods.

These costs are imposed by the British Government and are the responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERY TIMES

We undertake to deliver the goods within 20 working days from the order. In the case of custom-made products, these are produced in the phase following the order confirmation, so delivery times are often impacted by production times.

Please note, however, that many of our suppliers deliver from abroad, which inevitably affects transport times.

For products from the United Kingdom it is possible that the customs passage creates delays beyond our control.

We advise our customers to plan the installation with a specialist only after the arrival of the goods.
