Starting from the original design of the "Hydrangeas", Barnaba Fornasetti created a dense bouquet of petals with bees which initially decorated a scarf and some furniture in the Atelier. This rich floral print is full of life, drawing you into the garden and filling your thoughts with the sweet scents and sounds of summer. Soft pastel shades recall the organic hues of Hydrangeas, while a simple monochrome accentuates the delicately crafted details of this expansive design.
